Kittredge Aftercare

Aftercare is Full! KMEP Aftercare is full for the 2026-27 school year. You can still fill out the Procare Registration Form and your student(s) will be placed on a waitlist until space becomes available. 

 

Aftercare Information: 

All new and returning students who plan to attend aftercare must complete the 2026-2027 Procare Registration Form. Enrollment will be on a first come, first serve basis by grade level. Once a grade-level group reaches capacity, additional students will be placed on a waitlist until a space becomes available.

Aftercare Registration Details

  • Review Aftercare Information: This includes days there is no aftercare, payment information, and daily schedule.
  • Complete the 2026-2027 Registration Form in Procare.
  • All payments are made through Procare. We do not accept cash payments.
  • Siblings will be accepted together. 
  • Enrollment is full-time only. Drop-in and partial-week enrollment are not available.
  • The 2026-2027 aftercare tuition is $3,600. Payments can be made weekly, monthly, by semester, or in one annual payment. 
  • Families who were enrolled in aftercare at the end of the school year and indicated their intent to return before July 1, are guaranteed a seat. To keep your child's reserved space, the Procare registration form must be completed by July 27. 
  • Families will receive a welcome email from Ansley Floyd once your child's enrollment has been confirmed. Please DO NOT submit the registration form more than once.

 

 

All new and returning students attending aftercare must register. Admission will be on a first-come, first-served basis by grade level. Once aftercare groups are filled, new registrants will be placed on a waitlist until a seat opens. Please get in touch with aftercaredirector@kittredgefoundation.com with any questions.

 

Below are the details on Aftercare Enrollment:.

  • Siblings will be able to attend together.

  • Full-time enrollment only, no drop-ins or partial weeks. No refunds or credits.

  • The 26-27 aftercare tuition rate is $100 per week. See payment schedule for payment options.

  • Registration fee is $25 per child.

  • Payment information will be sent once you register.

  • Automatic draft payments are made through Procare via checking accounts only. We no longer accept credit cards, checks, or cash.
